Kforce Technology - Chicago

I just interviewed for a sales position. I met with their Director and I have to tell you, it was probably one of the best interviews I have ever been on. We were able to get to know each other throughout the process. He's definitely done a few of these interviews before. As it would turn out, I wasn't qualified enough for the position (yet). However, Mr. Roman was very professional and very candid. This was refreshing considering I had interviewed with a few of his main competitors in Chicago over the past couple of weeks and was told "we'll get back to you" and then I never get a phone call. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in and share my positive experience.
