How does want get a job as an EVS Manager when you have no Union experience?

I am an EVS Director with 8 years experience, but have never worked in a union environment. All the EVS manager positions require Union experience. What can I do to get my foot in the door?

Hey Mark,

So whatever ended up happening?
Were you able to get an interview with Kaiser?

I have strong union experience, but only 2 years of EVS management experience and apparently this wasn't enough qualifications either for Kaiser.
