Start with www.kaiserpermanentejobs.org/ and surf from there. See anything odd? Are men discriminated against at KP? If not, why does it appear that "girl power" (that's from one of their dumb radio ads, by the way) is what it's all about at KP? I'm really tired of the reverse sexism that is so glaring, it can't be missed. From what I've read here, it doesn't sound like KP is a great place to work. I think that if you PROJECT fairness and equality, even if it's an illusion, you stand a better chance of appearing to "honor" diversity. And please don't give me advise on my own attitude. I have no intention of ever applying for a job at KP. Their website says it all for me: Guys need not apply. |

Look on the bright side, dude. Usually when companies hire lots of women it's because they want to pay a little as possible. I know, I used to work for the University of California. Same thing: lots of women, low pay. |
