Kaiser: Coding and Auditing

Hello! I am a CCS, CPC-H with 5 years of IP coding experience in an acute care, Level 1 trauma center. I am looking to relocate to the bay area or LA/San Diego and would like to obtain a job in coding and/or in record auditing/documentation. I have put in several applications for postitions in various metro areas of California. I just have a few questions for any Kaiser HIM employees out there...

Does Kaiser pay well for these positions? I make a good salary now in the Central Valley but feel it does not meet my deserved wage for my experience level/credentials, etc. So I am looking for better pay. Also, I need it for the adjusted cost of living.

Does Kaiser assist with relocation? I know it seems like an obscene question, but it doesn't hurt to ask :-)

Any info from current or former HAPPY employees would be most appreciated! Thanks!
