Hi I have an Interview for an LPN position in cardio, i've heard different things about the interview process, can someone give me some insight and tips? please don't start an argument on this discussion, i really need this job and i want to go in fully prepared.

Hi, does anyone know the hiring process at Kaiser? I received an e-mail from Kaiser with a link to an Employment Application online. The application asked for references, work history, address history, SSN, and DL number. What would be the next step? Or do they send this kind of e-mail to everyone who applies at their website? Thank you in advance.
