i need someone to help me on this.i worked for kbr for two years as an fn electrician.i got recruited for base pay of 2000$ but got delayed at home up to the time they cut pay for all fns.so i got 800$base.now those guys from my country who were there before continued getting 2000$.after about 7 months they increased salaries for electricians.now my countrymen who were getting 2000$ before got a 33% pay rise.the ones getting 800$ got nothing not even an explanation.so this guys who we were doing the same job and from the same country jumped from 2000$ base to 2600$ .now last year before we got layedoff they conducted exams and interviews for fn electricians to be approved for jm.now the guys who were getting 2600$ base still from the same country and who got approved for jm got a further increment of 19% to a base of 3100$.the others including myself got the promotion but no increment.so it ended up that you have a guy who you come from the same country and having the same job getting 4times the pay.this is something i have never seen before and still nobody could explain.THIS TO ME IS THE WORST KIND OF DISCRIMINATION WHICH I KNOW MY BROTHERS ARE STILL GOING THROUGH BUT NOBODY CARES COS THEY ARE DESPERATE AND WITH ALL THIS FRUSTRATIONS THEY STILL CANNOT QUIT.THIS IS BOTH IMMORAL AND THE WORST CASE I KNOW OF NATURAL INJUSTICE.
