What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Kellogg stack up against the competition? |

I just recently quit their territory managers position since I found the company very unethical. They lie, cheat and steal and that's something I wanted nothing to do with. As always, when you lie, cheat and steal from your customers, it will catch up. There's huge coverup in lower management and if your are unlucky to get a job here, expect to have no life and work 80 to 90 hours per week. Based on their promise of 35M per year, you're earning about $8.00 per hour not including driving time to and from your stores. The company absolutely stinks and totally abuses it's people. They tell you that you'll have merchandisers working for you in limited hours however if your merchandisers don't show or call in sick, guess who has to do their job. They want you to hit stores around 4AM and don't expect you to quit until 5PM. Someone should notify the Florida Department of Labor, hey I'll look into that myself. |
