I posted my resume on biospace.com.One agent from Kelly scientific approached me.Since this is my first job,I would appriciate any advice/comments.How does this works through an agency?Is it better than doing it yourself?What are the loopholes? Thanks all. |

Kelly people call you, you return the call and then they don't call back, way too unpolite. I wonder if they use planners or something similar. |

Have lots of fun working for Kelly. They are horrible. I once worked for them under a boss that had an issue with me- it wasn't work related and it wasn't anything I'd said. I quickly could see it was all heavy politics in that place, and wheter or not you got a permanent job was based on one thing only. As I looked through the past lab notebooks for the project I was assigned to, I saw that no one stayed longer than a month and all quit in the middle of the project. How was I rewarded for sticking to it and getting the job done?? I never ever recieved a call from Kelly again. I'm very, very sure she bad mouthed me so much- and told nothing but lies- that I will never be able to work for KSR anywhere.
