Kforce and other recruiters have had this posting out for this Pfizer job since Oct 06: Document Manager Requirements: This role needs to be able coordinate with other document managers to ensure consistency and benefit of service to Line organizations. Candidates must be able to accept challenges as presented during the course of the work stream. Familiarity with the iSLC and Documentum id desired. This role provides information science and library science support. This function demonstrates expertise in at least one scientific subject or therapeutic area. This position will be capable of performing effectively in a team, or alone and unsupervised. This role communicates effectively with team members and management. This individual may require specialized pharmaceutical industry experience. The title is often different but position descriptions stay pretty much the same. Thoughts on what's going on? Why so multiple ads from multiple recruiters for 8 months. |

It's common place. particulary when a lucative employment contract hits the marketplace. REcruiting firm account managers receive RFPs to submit candidate resumes. Then the Employer HR department screens candidates after the resumes are submitted. Could be a difficult customer by changing their candidate requirements. Or, could be a contract replacement. But ultimately, the job opportunity is difficult to fill. In all cases, it's the employer. |
