It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Kimberly?

Any advice on striking the right note?

The interview at Mobile plant is well scripted. They setup 3 two member teams to interview you. Each team gets 2 hours. There is about 10 group of questions the team will ask you. The questions they will ask will be “give an example of a time when you...” It gets very annoying answering the same questions over and over again.
