I've been working as an O1 for almost a year now, and I really enjoy the job at my Kmart. For some odd reason, while working with my store coaches and assistant manager, I've sorta started to become interested in what they really do (coaches/assistant man.) I mainly want to know what sort of training is required for the positions and other job information about them. Any info would be greatly appreciated. |
