So I went to kmart to answer a few questions because I had a job offer. The previous day I had gone there for an interview. I just answered some more basic questions about taxes and stuff and the person told me I should hear back from then soon like within that day. It's been three days since then and they gave me the drug form and background check form which I still have and they haven't called me back asking for anything. Why would they give me these forms and ask me all that and not even call me back? What should I do just call them and ask them or just look for another job and not even bother?

Did they actually offer you a job? If not, I wouldn't hold my breath.
