What's the company culture at KNF&T?

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at KNF&T?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at KNF&T?

My wife worked for this company and left about 3 years ago. If the two woman who were in charge then, are still there now - that place is in trouble!

They were the most rude, selfish, out of touch, racist snobs! They treat every employee like dirt, unless you live in Duxbury or Hingham. If you lived in one of those towns, you were best friends with the two of them. In the 2 years that my wife worked there, there were 11 people that left the company. Not bad except for the fact that only 25 people work there.

I would recommend staying away from there as a temporary employee or a corporate employee. Unless you are white, wealthy, come from a wealthy pedigree, you don't mind being stabbed in the back or talked about personally by your boss, have a sense of importance and most of all, treat others poorly so you can feel better about yourself.
