There benefits are good, but could be better for such an upstanding company. Only 2 weeks of vacation years 1 through 4. Medical through Aetna has high deductibles and very high stop losses. 401k Matching amounts to 50% of 6%. Only 10K life insurance for employee..most companies pay for at least one years salary. The best part of the benefits is that they offer a pension plan, but I don't know how long that will last.
