Is there anyone here who works at the Dover plant? I have read alot of comments about bonus's, hours, incentive pay, etc. and this sounds better than where I work (non Kraft plant). We either work 32 hrs or 48-60 hrs, no cost of living, incentive pay, bonus since 2006. If you leave you will not be rehired. The HR is corp only, does not help the employee. There is no references for another job given, only acknowledge that you worked there.
