I recently interviewed with L3 in San Diego, CA. The questions are average, going over your skills and capabilities. We hit a brickwall yet, the HR person was very helpful in getting questions answered on my not having or being able to get a clearance, which the ad didn't not reference. She was very fair, upfront and honest
