It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Lane Bryant?

Any advice on striking the right note?

Interviewing for a management position takes about 2 weeks, do to the fact you interview with at least two different people. Which may require you go to different store in the area. They are very causal in the interview process, during the first interview your will mainly talk about the company your experience, and what you can bring to the store. they really take this time to see your personality, and make sure you are a fit to the team. ( you really want to focus your ability to make a strong team, and you really need to have a strong belief in Customer service, and in big stylish women. good idea to know about their product, and the charming company.
the 2nd interview will be more QA
your basic questions.
1. how would you handle a employee that was not complaining to the dress code?
2. what would you do if an employee wasn't productive?
3. how would you handle a difficult Customer to satisfy them.
4. Name a time when you went out of your way for a customer?
5. name the top 5 thing you thing are important to a company, and how you will bring those into your management style?
6.you will answer a series of name a time?
* when you had to coach an employee
*when a customer request was unreasonable, and you could not satisfy them?
*when you had a finical goal, how did you meat it.
