It's always hard to know what to expect when going in for that interview -- and preparation can make all the difference. What is the interview process like at Lennar?

I am an Ex Lennar associate. I personally would never work for them again. They overwork their accounting staff to the extreme. But, if you want an in you should study up on their culture. Very rich on Dr. Suess. They even have their own language, and poems you are pressured to memorize and recite at division meetings. They want people who will go above and beyond for the company at the expense of their families, and personal lives.
