What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does Lennar stack up against the competition? |

The Recruiters at Lennar in WPB-Miami really do not return calls. They are very disorganized. In particular Mr. Hector Vega, he never reads emails or responds to them. In the last 6 months they have had a revolving door in several positions. For Ex. Customer Care Rep. position open in Jan. now again in June. Is not that the company is expanding, The management team has no leadership. With that said, that says alot for the growing pains with Lennar. Mr. H. Vega, should be change,,, because he does not know who is well qualify for the positions that are open and continue to swing in/out. Good Luck.. But do not waste your time or energy. |

Would stay away if I were you. Typical corporate bs-long hours (they're nice enough to warn you in this ad), constant pressure to perform, treat subordinates as easily expendable, etc. The list could go on. Haven't worked here, but I have consulting experience with them-heard first hand from employees. |

Mr. Hector Vega does not return any calls, I left him several messages and emails after requesting an interview. Very disorganized. Seems like a joke, and a waste of time |

I "interview" with them August 06. The sales manager sat next to me with a 15 page questionaire. She said I was not allowed to ask any questions during this time. she asked the questions ans wrote my answers. I asked for clarification on the 4th question and was told that I was not allowed to ask questions. so I told her that an interview is a dialogue between two or more people and if this is the way the company operates it tells me they have no regard for me as an individual. I got up and walked out. I would never consider working for such a backward company |

If you really want to see how Lennar stand up to the compitition then look here www.huttoparke.com Have you ever scene so many brand new homes that have to have major repairs from defects? Those including myself that live in this neighborhood did not pay for a repaired home, but that is the only price we will be able to sell it for. Who loses hear? It's not lennar, its the consumer. Do not support such a company. They make me sick just thinking about how they are laughing all the way to the bank. |
