What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Lennar?

Before the lay off's the atmosphere at Lennar was very good. My co-workers were all quality people - we all had a lot of fun. My managers were very knowledgable and professional - also very kind and fun. The dress is business casual, guys wear shirt and ties - women wear dresses, pant-suits, nice slacks and blouces - anything from slacks and a top to buisness suits, depends on the individual style of the associate. Fridays are less dressy. The group I was with did plan monthly outings together, dinner and a movie. There is a lot of comradery at Lennar. I was one of the one's to be laid on August 9th - I am grateful for the time I had at Lennar - I thought it was a great opportunity and a great experience. I've never worked for a better company.
