Lexmark c192 200 paper jam

I have a slight problem with my lexmark c192, Constantly recieving the error message "200 paper jam check areas D"
I have tried to contact lexmarks support but the call center guys are just reading from a screen and know nothing about the problem.

I had a quick look at the main paper tray/feeder, and have noticed that a small arm has unclipped itself, when i clip it back in the spring is not tought enough to hold the little arm up. I think this is why the printer still thinks that there is paper stuck in the tray. I can possition the arm up and sometimes the printer will work, but if you send a double sided print it will jam again. I tried to explain this to the call centre guys but i think there was a slight language problem....

has anyone experienced any similar problems and if so did you have to call out a lexmark repair guy or did you manage to find a spare part and fix it yourself....?
