How do you get a job at Lexmark in Kentucky, let alone an interview?

Everytime I view the job list on their career section they have the same jobs listed. I have seen the same jobs listed over a 2-3 year period.

I wonder if these jobs really exist, or if they really have any job openings?

I can not imagine why such a good, large company would have such a high turnover rate for good engineering jobs.

Anyone have any thoughts?
