I've got a question; I just submitted my resume through their website, which seems to use some sort of scanning system.

I looked all over the place but could not find a section that allowed me to add a cover letter. Do they not expect a cover letter? TIA

Not that I know of. I submitted my resume there for some positions and I've never used/seen a place for the cover letter

No, and they probably didn't get the whole resume. I went in and they only had 2 of my 4 pages--take a copy with you. Also get ready for a long wait to find anything out.
