They treat their employees very badly, especially the ones that have been there for years. I wouldn't work there.

Can you explain a bit more? What was your position with them? What made them so bad?

Yeah, The more years you have there the more likely you will get let loose. They are prejudice as well.

My husband worked for LIU, a subsidiary of LM, for several years as a Financial Analyst. His manager was very abusive as he micromanaged. One afternoon while having his lunch my husband witnessed a suicide from start to finish. He called me up frantic & out of breathe. He tells his manager who sees him all shaken up, and his manager's reply to him was: "Just drink a glass of water, rest an hour then get back to work." What else would you say?? There were reports that needed to be sent out. Thus, my husband is suffering from PTSD/GAD and is unable to return to work doing what he did. They have no idea what a work/life balance is, if you don't believe me just do some research @Glassdoor.com.

I agree, this is the worst place I've ever worked. The workload is unrealistic. You have to work hours of unpaid overtime every week just to not fall so far behind you can't catch back up. Management is inconsistent in the way they interpret and enforce rules. What kind of workload you have and what standards you're expected to meet seem to depend on whether you're friends with the right people. The way management treats people they don't like is terrible; there's a lot of negative gossip, demeaning criticism, disparaging jokes made during meetings, head games, etc. The rest of the office takes its cue from that. It's a friendly place on the surface, but beneath the surface is a lot of playground politics, sabotage, and passive-aggressive behavior. Open positions are often given to a friend of an existing employee without interviewing anyone else. There's no comprehensive, official training for new employees. The training that does exist is inconsistent. Each person teaches things in their own way, which leads to constant conflict over the "right" way to do things. Job duties are unclear and change frequently, which is also a constant source of conflict. Teamwork is held up as important, but all it means is that you're expected to act like you're friends with everyone no matter what their behavior is like. Most long-term employees have a negative attitude and just ignore any office policies and procedures they don't agree with. Open racism and sexism is tolerated and treated as normal.
