You might want to recheck those Colonial policies again. They are not age banded for worksite and really offer large benefits for the price and their benefits don't reduce at 65 like some companies. They have wellness benefits that LNL don't offer,so I'm not sure you would want to replace that policy with LNL. And yes they offer pretax benefits to all there customers. |

David Rowcotsky in Boulder, Colorado said: Hello everyone, my name is David and I'm brand new to this site. I started reading this forum because I got a call yesterday regarding an interview for Liberty National. I called back today and signed up for an interview tomorrow at 2PM. David, I'm trying to figure out why you would bash someone for a little grammer on a silly forum, at least Victory has a job and a car to make his appointments with. You might want to consider things like that before you speak. And by the way, now you know what it feels like, so think before you write. And yes I know the man. |

Free at last..... Went independent and now actually have products that more than just a small fraction of the insurance buying population will buy. Heck, I'm just selling insurance part-time and still making more and bigger sales than I ever did with Libnat. |

Did you retire? What are you selling? I have to leave too. I just can't stand it. I have had two sales managers since they closed my office, and both have gone to see my clients and wrote them policies. Things are going downhill fast. |

Liberty was nice enough to inform me that i need to leave their business and agents be.... If you will, however, give me another way to contact you and I will send you contact info for those who can help you get contracted with a wide array of companies. |

There are Districts that have seen a half-dozen District Managers in as many years, not to mention countless Sales Managers and a handful of Regional VPs. It's as if they think that, eventually, they're going to trip and fall into something that works. |

Well, they can trip and fall without me. I have always worked hard to be at the top of everything that I have done. Insurance is no different. Gave it a chance and have drawn the conclusion from my time with them that they are operating on a business model that is flawed to the point of being self destructive. Good luck to all the great people who continue to give them the benefit of doubt and soldier on, trying to convince an ever more skeptical public to trust their money to a company with an increasingly tarnished reputation. |

I'm looking for managers/agents who want to recruit, train and manage a team of agents. We offer exclusive geographic territories, provide appointments with 7-10 nationally known and highly rated carriers. We generate direct mail leads in the final expense, mortgage protection, medicare supplement and annuity markets. Don Robertson

The determination that I live with every day is that, so long as the emphasis remains on customer service, no self-serving District Mananger, inept billing clerk, poorly or untrained fellow Agents or lack of Home Office support is going to overcome a real and focused committment to doing a good job. There were a lot of Agents mentioned in Miami this year as having set outstanding benchmarks for issue, but who weren't there at all because of negative growth. When this gets to the point (and it may not be far off) that Home Office makes it all but impossible to meet the needs of the client - particularly in the business market - then that position will be reconsidered. In the mean time, best of luck, friend. I have full faith and confidence that wherever you go, you'll make it a better place. |

victory in Savannah, Georgia said: Its funny sometimes what some people really dont know or understand. They expect everything handed to them on a platter.A little hard work never hurt anyone,at least thats how I was brought up.The average job in the town were I live is about 25000.I made that as an agent in the first 3 months.I can not help that you are not willing to work the program. It works great.I actually work 2 days a week, and have time to do other things with my family.I spent 130 on the 40 hr course,90 on the state exam, passed the 1st time,400 on a laptop.I spend 60 a week on gas.Not a lot for the return I get.By the way I will make MY 100000 THIS YR.More than I have ever made and have good benefits to boost.Sorry you couldnt do it, but dont knock those that want to better themselves. PLEASE do not listen to these people. Its the normal pimply faced kid coming into the office, they are told by DMs that if they post on these boards it will improve their standing for "management". Every employee is told they are "headed for management" how else do you expect people to fall for the scam? Give it another two months and you'll be out on your own-at my old office, the only people making money were the people that scheduled job interviews! |

No, started in Dalton. Why? Is that branch a grindmill/scamshop as well? |

There's a lot of good Life Insurance companies to work for out there - and believe me, I've been at some of the good... and some of the bad. www.TermLifeInsurance.org is a great free info site that also has a bit of info about working for the different companies. Hope that helps! :) |

reggie in Jacksonville, Florida said: This company keeps harassing me with unsolicited spam emails, almost every day, sometimes several in a day. you know when you are online and fill out a form on a website at the bottom of the form right above the send button that says something about agreeing to receive deals and specials from ...... and our associates?? well when you do that all the info that you put on the form gets stored and then you become what we call an "opt-in" leads. the minute you check that box and hit send you agree to be contacted so its not unsolicited, so..pretty much its your fault not ours. the problem is not the company is you not paying attention |

Sounds as if "me" is a big fan of libnat and their tactics..... While it is true that one should be careful about not opting in for being contacted, it is also true that the way libnat bombards people with communication is rare, even for an aggressive insurance company. Reggie is no idiot for agreeing to be contacted. Libnat on the other hand should have the class as a company to limit their communications to a level that may be recognized by intelligent people as normal business communication. Libnat has turned into a company that can for the most part only market to the type of people that "me" accuses Reggie of being. Strongly suspect that "me" may be one of that type of people him/herself. Makes for a perfect libnat agent! |
