How does Liberty Tax Service stack up against the competition?

I had the experience of working at a Liberty Tax Franchise. This was managed by an individual who should not be in charge of any animate object. I have never worked with a more demeaning, insulting, individual. I'm not sure the degree of stress LTS places on their franchisee's but this person is a walking timebomb/lawsuit waiting to happen.
