What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Lincoln Financial?

The Graphics Coordinator and Designer position appears every 3 to 6 months on this board for Lincoln Financial. I had all of the qualifications and they still ignored my reasonable salary requirements and resume. I suspect a High employee turn over and lots of Politics. Very similar to another large Financial corp I've worked for.

Stay far away from this place, I smell another sweat shop.
