You have to have a family member on the inside. Especially in the Moorestown and Mount Laurel locations. |

Lockheed tends to overhire in certain positions then sit back and watch the cream rise to the top. They focus on agressive Type-A personality traits, makes for a very interesting work place. They will also cut you just as fast. I was one of 5 hired into a position and 2 were eventually chosen. The rest didnt last 6 months. Good job, they just dont seem to value the employee and workers always feel they are the next to go... |

Ask the folks out in Burbank California how they feel about Lockheed! The former location for almost 60+ years. They let alot of people down with the move to Ga. Now, the folks at Marietta are on the block... |
