salaries start at the minimum possible. No perks, no benefits, not even a christmas party (if you want one you will have to pay it yourself) I worked there 3 years and never had any benefits. You also need to pay for all the offices stationary yourself, about 200 GBP a month or $400 and you have to claim it back through expenses. Then you need to chase your expenses for up to 3 months before you get them back. Travel: the same, pay it yourself. Expenses: if you have a coffee with a client, they will reimburse you theirs but not yours.
no special treats, unless you become Louise's pet. (then when she's bored of you after 2 months, you'll get sacked and she'll never even look at you again).
This is not a joke. This is all true.
what i liked best about working for her? the fact that if you're lucky enough to work in Europe, you wont have a boss, because they've all been sacked.
