What do you think -- is this company going to survive and thrive? Are they looking to expand their staff, or do you think layoffs are inevitable? How does LSG Sky Chefs stack up against the competition? |

This is one employer that believes in and practices Employment at Will so be cautious in securing employment with this company. Integrity is not their best suit. Good luck. |

Working for this company is risky. They do not have much integrity and do not support their employees. They will take as much as you can give and rarely give much back. |

I personally believe the company will survive, despite the economic realities of the airline business in the U.S. which make it hard to stay competitive. There is turnover, but most of the turnover that I've seen in recent times is voluntary. I've always been treated with integrity and respect, even though I've had several different bosses and reporting structures within the company. I respectfully disagree with the other people who commented above -- I've been with the company for eight years and it's been a very positive experience overall. |
