I don't actually work there, but I just applied, and it's pretty simple.
Go to their website (lululemon.com) and under 'About Us' is a link called 'career opportunities'. From there, you should be able to find your way around. You just have to select which job(s) you'd like to apply for, and then fill out the application form, attach your resume and cover letter, and you're good to go!
