Dress in black. Jackets furnished.Prefer to hire part time with no benefits. Micro managed.Wage similar to fast food ,sometimes lower.Goals set at levels so minimum comission is earned.They try to push out higher qualified employees.No experience necessarm for anyone from the top down.Turn-over rate in last 6 years slightly over 100%.If you don't mind crapping on fellow workers and kissing ass this is the place for you.

Everyone's experience is different. I work for Lux and have for 10 years. Great pay, good benefits, and like any other job some people love it and some hate it. Goals are high and so are performance standards.
