I decided to change because M & T offered me a better salary. You fill out an online application. It is reviewed within 48hrs. Human Resources will call you, and the bank manager will set up an intereview. You MUST have an updated professional resume. You must bring copies to your in branch interview. You WILL have to pass a credit check, but no drug testing. Wear a tie if you are a guy, they stress this. Do not wear revealing clothing if you are a woman.
