Most field positions are stricly commission based. There are a well oiled machine with a good training program, follow the system, dont second guess it, and youwill be successful.

What is your affiliation with the company? My husband is considering a position with this company and the prospect of 100% commision based salary is terrifying. What is the success rate of new employees? How many leave? What is the "system"?
