Do you work at MTV Networks? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

I definitely will be keeping an eye out on this forum because I am trying to get on with a media & entertainment company, and I recently applied for a position at MTV! I would love to get some insight on how to land an interview there. Hopefully somewhere that works there will respond!
