How do you know your worth in an organization? I have been with this company for 3 yrs, I just finished my MBA and 2 BSs, even though I have gone for few interviews within the company and none came through, I was expecting my VP to at least talk about promotion what do you think? I am still doing entry level job, I definitely know I am not getting my worth! What do you think? |
