I met with these folks and learned during the interview process that central Florida MANPOWER locations are franchises locations and are not direct MANPOWER . The local VP reports to investors up north. As for this particular posting ...this position has been posted many times in the past year. During the interview (survey intake), the VP of this franchise location spent more time surveying me with questions like: Comapny Names, Addresses, Hiring Manager, Telephone Numbers of previous employers. Yes he was using me to fish for leads. Further, he wanted to know where I was interviewing and what was discussed. He also wanted to know what compensation other companies were offering... In case you are invited to participate in the survey; I would suggest having a (SOW) Statement of Work prepared requesting payment for your time and intellectual capital. At least charge this fellow for 4 hours at your contracted rate plus include mileage for the distance from your home to the office.
