I have read the comments about Manpower and find the majority to be true. I have also read about Robert Half and find those comments to be accurate. I am a well seasoned medical biller wtih over 15 years experience and cannot get Robert Half to employ me despite the numerous ads that I fit into perfectly. Why is this so bothersome, because you go to them trusting that they will be your allie in finding employment, and then they make up lies about sending an already existent customer to the position that posted less then 15 minutes earlier. |

Not Telling, there is no possible way that they have more qualified individuals than yourself...Why do you play the "everyone's against me" role? Companies like Robert Half and Manpower receive dozens sometimes hundreds of responses for one job...You have to be the best candidate to get the job... Don't put your eggs in one basket...Find these jobs yourselves. People on here bash Manpower associates for not placing them, yet they are not competent enough to find work themselves...Manpower associates have to call companies to create job openings...Why don't you call for yourself, you don't have a fee and if you're as qualified as you state, then it shouldn't be an issue. |

Ant, I have nver placed all my eggs in one basket. In fact, I have usually been the one hiring personnell and find my experiences disturbing. I make a point of calling each individual back whether they were a qualified candidate as this is peoples life, and I would never want them to be "hanging on". It is rather apparent that I am "one" of a kind and truly care about people. |

ANT, I will no longer respond to this forum, however, I feel provoked enough to allow all of those who read this, that maternal parent (guess which one!!!) was the regional director for Manpower and has since left. The accusations are accurate, I know this to be more then my opinion, but fact. Be well my wee ant! |

Unfortunately an agency receives 100's of resumes' a week, if all they did was contact every applicant they wouldn't be able to do anything else. If you were totally qualified and were the best fit you would've been called. I understand people don't like rejection and that's why you're venting but you obviously never try to put yourself in anyone elses shoes. If you were a regional director, what's your name? |
