$9 and hour is a joke for this kind of work. Don't ever go with a staffing company unless it is a sub-contractor agency like tradesmen international, although they never call me back. All staffing agencies do is take part of your wage while you bust your ass. Welding should be a career not a dead end job like this one, or any staffing agency job for that matter.

i will agree with that 9$ an hour is a waste of our time and their cause i wont work for that little bit of pocket change...

Just noticed these comments out there. I applied in Neenah area for jobs and the temp places offered $9.00 per hour for customer service, and most of the jobs are bogus anyway. Unfortunately, it's difficult to escape the temp agencies because many employers utilize them. Neenah sucks for jobs.
