Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Marco & Son Wine Importing & Distribution?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Marco & Son Wine Importing & Distribution?

The typical day consists of Marco Vivona screaming at everyone, harassing the women, people continously calling for payment and being made to lie & tell people that he is out of the country when he is standing right in front of you. Tax fraud, lies to the bank and sexual harassment are all part of a typical day in the office at Marco & Son Wine!

As a former employee of Marco and Son, all I can say is if you ever see a dime from this crook, you'll be one of the lucky ones. I took a job with this company, against my better judgement. After I sent in some orders I asked them for a copy of the invoice, so that I could keep track of my commission. I kept getting the runaround and finally quit. Now it's been over a month, and I STILL haven't received ANY paychecks from them. I worked for them for a month and was never paid. Now, they won't even return my calls or Emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. MARCO, MONICA, TAMMY, and ANYBODY ELSE THAT WORKS THERE ARE ALL LIARS AND CROOKS. Marco isn't even Italian, he's from South America.

AND IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE . . Most Italians have more class and more PATIENCE when it comes to promoting a boutique wine

Well, I read all of your comments, and I must admit I was terrified when I got an offer from Marco to work with him. I'm from Montevideo,Uruguay. I'm an English teacher, and a model, and I was offered to travel to Florida to promote Marco's wines. He offered to pay for my passport and expenses for the trip, to provide a house, a car and pay for gas, as well as my salary of course. So far he's kept his word with EVERTYTHING. He's never been disrespectful with me or any of the other girls that are working with me in any way... I'm not saying the things other people has said are not true.. but I have nothing negative to say about Marco, so far he seems like a very true and honest person.

He should be able to afford to pay for all those things. He's probably using the money he never paid to me.
