Clinics considering using Dennis Conklin's THE WAY lotions!

Do not use it! Dennis Conklin is the money hungry regional director in San Diego, CA! He owns the Carlsbad and San Marcos clinic, and forces his therapist to use his own lotion that he created, THE WAY. Some therapist would break out into rashes and after begging those certain therapist could use a different massage lotions. It is funny, he says there are no parabens in his products. The only thing that doesn't have parabens is the massage lotion itself, all of his other products have it! I worked as an FDA at the Carlsbad location, and one time a pregnant woman came in to get a massage, and looked at the back of the lotion bottle and asked the front desk to see if there were any harmful ingredients in the lotion for women carrying. We found about five ingredients, she walked out of her massage. When we called Doni Snyder(Dennis's daughter)...she bascially yelled at us and told us there are no harmnful ingredients! Point Loma started to the use THE WAY, and stopped using it! It is a horrible product, and way over priced. Once again to feed the greedy mouths of Dennis Conklin and Doni Snyder!

On a side note...when a company has a high turn over rate...doesn't that tell you that the company is not stable? Well in both Carlsbad and San Marcos from the get go there has been such a high turn over rate...just in Carlsbad alone...since last November about 5 to 6 CA's and probably about 30 FDA's! I just want to warm you all...from the possible traps that these two can pull!

I'd never use his lotion. It's not very good.

Ha what a joke! common your just pissed of because you got let go. Lets face it you just wernt cutting it! GET OVER IT! move on with your life! its really sad that you spend yopur free time bashing dennis and doni. some people love the lotions some people dont....there are alot of brands of lotions i dont like. Then there are some people who love it and want to know hwere they can buy it by the gallon.

I have also had extensive experience with this line of products. The cream is a much better option than the lotion. There was a high frequency of allergic reactions with the lotion. The cream seemed to work well for the majority. I would advise you to simply request an ingredient list and decide for yourself.

I caution you to make your decision on the ingredients themselves and the independent research that you do on those ingredients. Do not make any buying decisions based on the company's claims as I have also been witness to the false claims and unethical marketing and business practices of this business owner.

Blame it on the franchise owners, their are a bunch who are just bad apples, but the majority are people looking to make a win /win situation out of what is a change in the market. Peoples desire to pay less and get more is not because ME created it, it’s human nature..
