Pay is terrible compared to most places! You should try a different agency! LPNs $19 hr versus most agencies pay $25-$27/hr.

Milwaukee Company plays games with applicants. I interviewed in January 2007 for a Human Resource Assistant for which I am very capable of doing. I was told that I did a great interview and would be contacted by someone out of Chicago for a second interview.

They contacted me. I saw the same position listed online 2 months later but under the title "Credentialing Assistant and called back and was told that the person who had interviewed me no longer worked there and that this was not the same position I had interviewed for in January.

Hello.....are you out there Maxim Recruiters??
With all of the job listings Maxim has on-line one would think there would be at least one appropriate LPN position for me. I'm beginning to think the nurse recruiting industry, especially on-line, is not an efficient job source.

BTW, If you have no LTC experience....and it appears Maxim hires no LPNs without LTC experience, how does one get LTC experience? Ya gotta start somewhere folks! :)
