This company will thrive but at the cost of it's employees. Their motto is to work better, faster and cheaper with less employees. They recently offered a voluntary separation plan and in most cases they aren't replaceing those individuals. Those left behind are getting very burned out and are quitting. If you want a stepping stone job, this is a good place. But if you are looking to retire from here, you may want to give it a second thought.
