Let me explain a bit. Leadership, particularly Quality is awful. It is old school... like the 1950's. No joke. They talk the talk but you take orders and must look and act like them. There is an abuse of power like you never seen.......modern slavery It is hard for them to retain real talent.
It is a top down culture and corrupt. Some of the behavior is that they would be forcing folks to take Interns of their family or friends without the employee's consultation just simply it is a favor to their friend or family. However, I have seen few stand up leaders but they do not last....they get to be pushed out or they leave. Even HR was miserably corrupt.....it was so visible that an HR employees had to go....Who knows how long this corruption is going on. I doubt that anyone has faith in HR.
Up side, co workers are great! A lot of great people .But that can only go far because everyone complies with leadership to survive. You can not blame anyone.
