Do you work at Medlab? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

Do not work there anymore. Worked as a Phlebotomist long enough to get some experience & moved on to a better comany.
I found the job advertised on the web. There are always plenty to choose from since they have a high turnover rate.
ALWAYS submit a cover letter with a nice resume with NO mistakes.
Advice? Hmmm...Apply online, submit resume with a cover letter and be yourself. AND do not apply unless you're desperate to get some experience.
