Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Medlab?

Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

Office environment is stiff upper lip. People dress in suits & ties, ladies in dresses or pant suits.
No one gets together because they are usually to tired and just want to go home.
Typical day depends on department you work in. Phlebs & most Client Solutions personnel start at 3am. Lab tech's usually start around 7am. Office people 7:30am.

The work environment is very professional and is extremely business like. No casual clothing and strict rules are followed.
