Do you work at Medtronic? How did you find the job? How did you get that first interview?

Any advice for someone trying to get in?

I heard Medtronic is going to open an office in San Antonio in July 09. They are expected to hire between 1200 and 1400 FTE's. Does anyone know when they will start interviewing?
