Every business has its own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Mercy?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?
What is a typical day in the life of an employee at Mercy?

Worst job ever! Hospital advertises Mercy values, but they are not followed behind the walls. The facility is in the process of being sold and it is no surprise. They do not follow God's principles! People do not put in a full day's work. They run perosnal errands on company time to include dr appointments, meeting with a financial planner or just need to pop into a local store for an hour to buy clothes/personal items. The facility is a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Profanity was used frequently in the department I worked in as well as off colored comments and jokes. HR was no help unless you were a "favored" employee. People scheduled for 10 hour days and only worked 7 hours if you were lucky. It's a wonder the hospital wasn't sold sooner as no one can make a profit if no one is working. Gossip was rampant as well as daily drama. It's no place for honest hard working people. You'll only be disappointed over the favoritism and dishonesty. Run from this as no amount of money is worth compromising yourself and your integrity. The hospital has a bad reputation for stealing and abusing company property. High level people fired and replaced with people that have no idea how to manage. Just run!
