They interview hundreds of people every year, basically they want to know what attributes set you apart from anyone else applying for that position, how you are unique for that position, does that position mirror your personality. It is really a easy interview process, I didn't feel like I was pressured, even though I was applying amongst multiple applicants. Most importantly SPEAK CLEARLY, speak in a proper tone to be understood. Don't worry about fancey words, or lingo, they do provide training once employed.
