Poor Management

I worked at the Port Richey store for two years. I had to drive 26 miles one way to work only to be sent home after only working two hours because the store didn't make their sales. This was and is a constant on going problem so if you don't mind showing up for work only to be sent home this is the job for you. Management shows undue favoritism to their friends/employees who do alot of goofing off which makes more work for you. Presently I have applied for unemployment and am filling a complaint with the EEOC.

I find this comment to be true in the chicago area as well. Managers seem to favor the young kids they can horse around with. Or it is the younger kids that are given power they don't deserve.
